Dec 21, 2013 11:32 AM in response to MetaSolarayby Mazda12345,I followed instructions on youtube, unscrewed the 2 screws on the end took the back off, unscrewed 2 more screws in battery clamp replaced battery then refitted everything.

at some point during your personal inspection of the device there is a potential failure you did with the device that caused this issue. :/
