Q: is it for sure that all contents will be synced back after restoring icloud

is it guaranteed that i will get all my data expecially contacts and pictures after i restore the icloud backup . i have done the backup ...but im scared to reset the settings because im not sure if il get the data back

There are no "guarantees". If you want to add an exta level of safety, also backup to iTunes on your computer. Contacts should also be synced to iCloud and photos directly imported to an app in your computer
