cant remember my apple id how do i get my phone to work if i need my apple id?

I had to restore my Iphone because I couldnt remember my password. i restored it & since i did it says i need my apple ID and i cant remember it. I have 2 apple ids & the one i need to even use my phone i dont remember it. I can not use my phone untill i have that apple id. please help me
