Purchase could not be completed

Unable to complete in-app upgrade in App Store for ipad4, app is iWay navigate gps

Error msg directs me to go to www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/

(Which doesn't exist btw)

Why am I getting this error msg?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support - you can contact them via this link and ask them for help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption


(What happens when you try to go http://www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/ ? The link appears to work for me, it shows a list of countries so that you can select where you are.
