iTunes Library File cannot be saved. Required disk not found error

I had my itunes library saved on external hard drive and attempting to use the ext HDD with new MacBook Pro. I did the process of pressing option key while opening itunes and choosing iTunesLibrary.itl file on the ext HDD. I am able to see my library now in iTunes on this new mac.

However I am seeing an error now of "The iTunes Library file cannot be save. The required disk cannot be found"

Any help on the source of this error and how to fix would be appreciated.

Running OSX 10.8.5

iTunes 11.1.3

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8), None
