How can I power off my iPhone 4s without using the touch screen or the lock button?

My iPhone froze and the lock button is stuck. My phone froze and won't allow me to get past the lock screen, so I figured shutting it down and restarting it will make it work. However, I can't do this with only Siri, at least, as far as I'm aware. And since my power button is broken, I'm not sure what to do. Please help.

Thank you,

Julie

You can use Assistive Touch:

Once Assistive Touch is turned on:

Tap the dark circle to open the Assistive Touch menu, then tap "Device" and tap and hold the Lock Screen icon. This will bring up the iPhone's Power-Off slider.
