Chinese in iOS 7...

Hello.

I am thinking of upgrading English iOS6 to 7 on an iPhone 4S next week. I assume there are no problems with Chinese that is working in iOS 5 and 6? I read downgrading back to iOS 6 is not possible even with a full backup through iTunes. 😟
