Macbook white won't start up

Dear admin,

can you help me for this problem ? im from indonesia, and i have macbook white, last night i still can use my mac. after freezing on my browse then i click force shutdown. and then i re start with click turn on power. and my mac wont start up. its mean. after sound opening and apple logo. the logo change to be : stop / blocked logo .. and that take a long time. so long time and nothing i can do, only watching that (stop / blocking logo and below that logo have loading cyrcle)

but still can not going to desktop display like usual. please help me with this problem.

and i was do the reset with : alt + command + P + R button. and still cannot.
