I want to play Star Craft in my iMAC unfortunately there is a message which appears reading that the Power PC applications are not longer available I have seen that Boot Camp is a good source but I would like to know where I can find a ISO image for windows and also if there is some problem with this?

Short answer is YES.
Once you install a version of Windows (Vista, 7, 8, whatever) on your iMac with Boot Camp Assistant, you will have all the features of Windows available - including gaming.
As for where you can get an ISO of windows - well, you should purchase one from Microsoft, obviously.
(Of course, there are illegal avenues but I won't describe them here).

Just an FYI if you like older games for Mac and Windows.
Good Old Games http://www.gog.com/games takes obsolete older games and makes them playable on newer hardware. Check it out. 🙂
