The MULTI INSTRUMENT WINDOW flashes on the screen but will not stay open.

This appears to be a bug in the system that is new. This had not occurred previously. Does anyone know if APPLE is going to fix this problem and has anyone else come across this problem? There are others in the APPLE community that have noted the same problem. I downloaded the upgrade to LOGIC 8.0.2 but it did not fix the problem.
