Im running of os x lion and no beed to reinstslling maverics which is cant boot and cant install to my mac even im using internet recovery.

MacBook Pro, iOS 7.0.1, I cant reinstall os x 10 .7 lion

Mavericks is better and it is free, IMHO.

The tech requirements for Mountain Lion and Mavericks are the same. If you don't meet them for Mavericks, you don't meet them for Mountain Lion too.
