Q: Trying to sync and download music to ipod shuffle (new red one)
I have installed itunes probably 6 times in the past 4 hours and still have not found anywhere that says devices so that i can choose "devices" to be able to sync to itunes/computer. WHERE in the world do I find this??????????? Even going thru google and looking at all the instructions on itunes website or google has been able to help me to do this. Very frustrated with apple products!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please?????????????????????/
In iTunes, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. DEVICES appears in the sidebar when there is an Apple device connected (such as an iPod). Your shuffle should appear in the sidebar, under DEVICES.
