Match is uploading "remaining artwork and songs" and it's in the 3,000's working on 10,000. I have a lot of music that is not matching. I knew this would be the case. However, this process may takes days at the speed it is currently uploading. Can I just forget about it and every time I turn on my computer Match will continue to process until it is up to date with my current total playlist?

It is ok to stop the process from the match screen. Close iTunes. Next time you open, match will continue its match / upload process until complete.

You know, Match is uploading A LOT of music from my computer. Right now it's uploading a Kurt Elling album. Kurt Elling is a world selling Jazz artist. I'm sure he's already in the cloud. What makes unrecognizable an mp3 song file that surely is already in the cloud?

You should add iCloud status column to song view. This tells you what has been matched, uploaded, purchased, ineligible, duplicate or waiting.
