iTunes Wi-Fi Sync not working - iPhone has multiple entries of my computer name showing in Settings

I recently copied my iTunes library on to a new XHD, and although the Wi-Fi sync function didn't always work before, now it does not work at all. Even switching off Wi-Fi on my MacBook Pro and switching it back on again, which used to work in getting my iPhone (4S) to show in the iTunes sidebar, does not work at all now.

Also, since copying the iTunes library on to the new volume, my iPhone now has 3 entries of my computer name (my name/MacBook Pro) showing under Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync.

Anyone got any clue how to fix this?

Go to System Preferences > Network and under Locations (at the top) click "Edit Locations" and add a New location, then click done. Once the new location is set, make sure you click "Apply" at the bottom right of Network Preferences.

Close iTunes, reboot your iPhone, make sure both the phone and the Mac are on the same wi-fi network and open iTunes to see if the iPhone has reappeared.
