Q: i have ios 4.3 on a ipad 2. & need help to update to ios7 please!!

The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

That indicate you need a higher version of iTunes on your syncing computer. What version of iTunes is on your computer? What is your operating system on the computer?

You will need iTunes to do that upgrade. Do you have access to another computer? If so, be sure to back up the iPod prior to using it to upgrade the iPod.

Also note, if you upgrade the iPod, it will be to iOS 7.0.4
