Dec 22, 2013 7:53 AM in response to tdm156by turingtest2,Are you saying that CD Text isn't showing up on a device that previoulsy showed it when you created a CD with iTunes and had CD Text enabled? Support for CD Text isn't universal, and iTunes itself can't read it back.

Dec 29, 2013 6:35 PM in response to tdm156by allan8118,They pulled this a few years ago. Without any notice, track info such as name artist etc. stopped appearing on burned CD's even after you checked off include CD text. Without this info, there is no way of checking what tracks are on the cd. They say in help that only the last cd burned has the info. What the **** does that mean?
Why does Apple constantly ignore the concerns of the customer?

Dec 29, 2013 6:43 PM in response to turingtest2by allan8118,You're right up to a point. Before downloading the recent version of itunes, when I burned a cd from a playlist, the info including track name, artist, album, etc. showed up each time I loaded the cd into my computer and called it up with itunes. If I imported the tracks from a burned cd into itunes, itunes captured the information all over again. Now all I get is track number and length of time. It's totally useless to me that way unless I write on the cd with a marker all the track info. I can't believe Apple tells me to download a new version of itunes and doiesn't warn me that I'll lose functionality. Who ever heard of a company doing that?

Mar 6, 2014 1:10 PM in response to allan8118by frankfromoverland park,I just upgraded to Maverick and iTunes 11.1.5 last week. Today burned a playlist to cd. None of the track information shows on either of my Macs, but when I test in the car, the track names appear. Very bizarre!
Anybody yet found how this can be fixed?

Mar 7, 2014 9:15 AM in response to frankfromoverland parkby frankfromoverland park,Today I re-tried several things. Some CD's I burn from my play list include the information, and it can be seen on both of my IMacs, and another only shows on the one I used to burn it (Using external LaCie). There is also one which does not show info on either. Thought it might be the info on my primary iTunes computer, related to the original CD I imported. Still trying to sort out what the deal is.

Sep 12, 2014 12:09 PM in response to frankfromoverland parkby blakelyj,Having the same issue. After burning several useless CDs with nothing but track numbers I am so frustrated. This is a new thing- last month, podcast issues. Now this. Have checked every option in Preferences to no avail.
