How to fix the service battery on my macbook air 11"

i need help! my macbook air 11" was at 0% this morning when i turned it on and for some reason theres a thing that says service battery on the battery prefrences window. im not sure what to do and how i would fix this problem for my macbook air 11"

The battery has died. Make a backup of your files with Time Machine and take the Mac to an Apple Store or reseller to get the battery replaced. If your Mac is in warranty, it will be replaced for free, and if it is not in warranty, you need to pay $129 + labour to get the battery replaced.


Another option you have is to use your MacBook plugged in all the time. For more information about the computer's battery, see > http://www.apple.com/batteries/notebooks.html
