Attempting to activate WatchABC, get error code 400-1.
I've successfully (according to Charter) activated my AppleTV device but receive error code 400-1 (not authorized). How do I correct this?
Apple TV, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Brenden dv, WatchABC is helping me, they contacted Charter to verify my account and found I do have cable and Internet. The problem still persists. Now WatchABC has asked me a list of questions about my Charter account and once they get that, they will contact Charter on my behalf. What is so strange is PBS and YouTube work very well on AppleTV, but doing the exact same setup procedure for WatchABC and Disney fails. I'm guessing it has nothing to do with AppleTV but Charter.
Thanks for your help,
Jill
Solved...
Sign out under settings in the Abc App.
restart
when you go back to watch a show it will promt you to re-activate online. (select remain logged-in when enter password.)
This just worked for me too. Seems strange that once successfully "validated" you have to cancel out then go revalidate again(?). Obviously a glitch requiring a work-around. But further... what does ABC care if I have a cable provider or not? They give the show away free on the original broadcast. Jeezzz.
Thanks works perfectly now !!!
thank you so much!!
