iTunes keeps trying to download TV shows..?

Everytime I open iTunes on my Mac, it asks me to sign in with my Apple ID, then it checks for downloads, and starts to download TV shows that I've already watched. I've already tried unchecking the "Always Check For Available Downloads" in the Prefrences menu, but it still isn't working.
