Problems with Iphone 4S

I sold my iphone 4s to a relative, i deleted from my itunes id the device, and i turned off find my iphone,

now the person was trying to set up the phone, but when the phone is setting up, appears my itunes ID, then we skip that step and we choose to restore from his icloud account then the phone shows my phone number, in imessage and then in facetime and if he wants to purchase something from itunes store even if his apple id is logged in , appears a messageasking the password of my apple id....

we tried to set it up as a new phone and also throws the same message, how can we solve this problem_??
