Error Codes: ITunes Producer

Epub woes continue. Epub validates and uploads to other sites, but will not successfully pass through ITunes Producer. Returns following error code:

Error ITMS-3000 "line 58 column 29: element "data_file" incomplete; missing required element "checksum"

Unable to authenticate the package: Iron_Mines_Pass1_IB.itmsp

Any ideas?
