Forgotten Apple ID questions, unable to purchase content from iTunes store

Hello, I've forgotten my Apple ID security questions. Before, I could make purchases with just entering my ID and password, but now it's asking me to enter my security questions before proceeding to make a song purchase from iTunes. I need to reset my security questions, but I have no way of doing so. This is very frustrating because it would be a huge waste of money to just simply get another Apple ID, because I have lots of money that I have put on my account and which I can do nothing with. It would be very much appreciated if someone could tell me how to solve this extremely frustrating problem. Thanks.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then

'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Forgotten Apple

ID security questions' and click 'Continue'. Please be patient waiting for the return

phone call. It will come in time depending on how heavily the servers are being hit.

2. Call Apple Support in your country: Customer Service: Contact Apple support. Ask

to speak to Security Support.
