I bought Logic Studio and at the top corner it said "Upgrade from Logic Studio or Logic Pro" and I put in the first CD to install the program and I enter the serial number and then it asked for me to enter the original serial number... What is that?

You didn't buy a full version of the Logic Studio, you bought an UPDATE to Logic Studio from an older version. This is not a full product. I assume because Apple doesn't sell this one for more than a year, that you bought it somewhere else.
