hello my apple tv in no longer working is it your software updates it was working find and then the updates came and my apple tv at $100.00 each is no good to me and my family so we need your help to fix this thank you and my family thank you we miss ours apple tv so please help us thank you and merry christmas to you and yours

does it not work in terms of the Internet?
does it not work in terms of itunes store?
does it not work in terms of being used as airplay reciever?
does it not work in terms of accessing the shared itunes lib of the computer?

hello i was saiding it light up the light blinks slow & fast at time & the apple itune sign & plug come on but that it it not moveing at all it like a brick wall just the little white light come on i use the remote codes but that did'nt do not work so i said my apple tv stop working is it the software updates do i owe money and you ( apple itunes ) turn off my unit i think you owe me money ( $22.00 for the download that never work or i can download from the web itunes or mac store so please i need your help to fix this i love my apple's but is not good for apple i read more & more people are haveing the same story's about the apple tv units it not good
