Q: Left part of my ipad mini didn't response to my touch!

Good day,

 

I am using an IPAD mini bought last July 2013, and my product purchase has been defective since yesterday December 22, 2013.

it is under the warranty service, but the shop located at Manila, Philippines, i am on province..
what do you think is happening on my ipad if the touch doesn't response to my touch, oh the left side part only, under Letter Q, letter Z and shift button until to the top!

 

 

What will I gonna do to this issue/problem, Please help me to solve this!

    You can try a reset. Press and hold both the power and home buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your mini starts by itself. The better solution is to get your mini back to the store.
