how to refund a charge for an icloud storage?

What to do if I want to get refund for a charge I purchased for an icloud storage? I purchased $20.00 worth of storage then i realized that it won't be enough, then I made another purchase for $40.00.

I would like to keep the $40.00 purchase but get refund for a $20.00.

Can you help? Thank you.

Check you statments; you may find that when you upgraded to the $40 level your $20 level was cancelled - you would get a proportional refund depending on how long you've been on the $20 level.

If this turns out not to be the case you should ring the Apple Online Store at the number given at bottom left of this page.
