Hi All,

Just bought a 4s on eBay and the seller can't or won't delete it from the apple ID it is registered to... what do I do now?

Then return it for a refund, 'cause you won't be able to re-activate the phone or use it for anything other than a paperweight.

Apple can't/won't help you with this.

Yeh...I just got off the phone with them and you're right but at least I found out it's not stolen or lost and the seller is cooperating now so fingers x'd
