Can I back up my account a few days just so it has my account info there for iTunes? The card isn't expired

I need to get my credit card info I used for iTunes so I can download free apps and I used my parents credit card my mom Laura Anderson. I'm a student myself

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4, I used my parents credit card
