Q: I purchased os 10.7 and paid for it, but I cannot redeem it. I do not find the APP STORE in my APPLE MENU as tec support asked me to open.

I have a Mac book pro and purchased LION, which is compatible with my macbook pro core 2 duo.

 

I paid for it and received an email with my license number and password, but I can not find where to download the software in the apple store.

 

I do not see a REDEEM button neither I can find the app store in my apple menu (if the apple menu is thetop-left icon on my screen)

 

Thanks for help, I had a long weekend trying to figure this out.
