songs dont sync on iphone4s

I decided to delete everything from my Iphone and start from scratch. That was a big mistake. Not only is it not possible to sync the Email adresses from Apple Mail (apple support says "wow that is wierd - bu there is nothing they can do", but many of my songs dont snyc over to my iphone..

How silly is this - that is one of the main reasons I bought an iPhone with 64 GB - to load songs and audio books..

Just cant get them to sync.

does anyone have a tip/clue as to why this is not working..
