Q: Hello in my phone in whatsapp it show 959 contacts but in icloud contacts are shown 559 contacts

How do i backup my contacts to icloud as contacts in whatsapp are 900+ but on icloud it is 550+

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4

Welcome to the Apple Community Kalpesh_S.

If you back up your phone your whatsapp contacts are backed up, however you can't sync them with your iCloud contacts, they are entirely seperate.
