Frame Rate Issue with iPhone 5s and FCP

Hello,

I make music videos, and am having trouble with the frame rate matching up.

For instance, I'll record myself drumming on my iPhone 5s. I'll import the video into Final Cut Pro, then import the audio. For some reason, the audio and video fall away from each other, and the video starts to drag.

I've been using MPEG Streamclip for a while now, and with my old cameras, I just convert the video and it works just fine, never falls off. However, I would like to record in high def with my iPhone, and since they're both Mac products, one wouldn't think this would be an issue.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

What software vesion is this? Open a clip in the QT player and report what it says in the inspector. What does it say for the clip in FCP in the Info inspector? You might have to keep using Streamclip.
