Can not pair iPad Air 128 with HBS730 bluetooth headset?

iPad-Air 128, will not pair with HBS730 Tone by LG.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4, iPad Air

I suggest cycling power on the Bluetooth headset when starting the pairing process.

Power on the headset at the time the iPad is searching for it.
