How do I rest apple security questions ?

I've looked every where on the apple site how to change security questions but it doesn't help

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
