Cant use ID on iPod?

Hello . I logged into my Apple ID but whenever I go to download an app or something or actually use it , I get an error that states , "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store - Please review your account information" .??? I "reviewed" it and it did nothing with the problem . This is very frustrating and is happening on my ipod; please help !
