Water damage - horizontal grey lines

My iPad 2 was in a bag with a bottle of coke yesterday and the top came lose and spilt out into my bag. I wiped my iPad down but the SIM card wasn't registering. So I restarted my iPad and from there on it worked fine. I charged my iPad over night and when I got up this morning there was a blank blue screen with horizontal running lines. So once again I restarted it and it came on fine however I now have 3 horizontal grey lines running across the screen. The system itself works fine however the display is hindered with these lines. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Tom.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

 Cheers, Tom 😉
