Q: last week the Apple store had to take my iPAD back to factory settings and I lost all of my photos.  I was told to contact Apple support after one week to get telephone help to restore the photos.  Can someone please contact me.

last week the Apple store had to take my iPAD back to factory settings and I lost my photographs.  I was told to call in a week to get technical support over the phone to restore the photos.  Can someone call me, please.

    Perversely, this is not "Apple Support" despite being under that heading. This is a user to user forum, and Apple do not post here.
