icalendar does not work on my PC, it continues to get an error message. It worked before and now it does not anymore

Icalendar no longer works on the PC that I am using. It did in the past and now it does not. Coincidentally, this happened after my iphone was stolen and it was replaced with the iphone 5s. Does it have to do with my settings?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
