Can't delete tv episodes

hi

on my ipad 3 iOS 7.04 i cant delete certain tv episodes. in the view where the season-covers are shown in the video app i can choose edit in the upper right corner and for every season the little "x" shows up to delete it. every season but the homeland-season 3 i bouth via the ipad. i cant delete it. if i select the season every episdode is marked with the cloud symbol. if i choose to download it, there is an error message that the download isnt available. neither can i delete the single episodes.

whta i tried so far to get rid of that season:

syncing it with itunes, copying the whole season again to the ipad, deleting it... no effect

reset of the ipad.. no effect..

any ideas would be appreciated..
