How do I install canon EOS Rebel T3 software

I recently bought a canon rebel eos t3 and i wanted to install the software that come with it. I inserted the disk but only a manual and instructions are on it. I read the instructions and it says that my mac was suppose to find it or something.. What can I do to solve this?
