Q: recently bought apple tv. Connected it up using hdmi cable to hdmi3 on tv. using apps shown on tv no problem. only have one wireless network in same room.Iphone,ipadmini and ipad use same wireless network. All 3 devices will not display airplay icon

Recently bought apple tv. Connected it up to hdmi3 on tv.can access all apps shown using my personal wifi set up.Iphone, ipad mini and ipad all with ios7 work on same wifi network. Aiplay turned on on apple tv.No airplay icon showing on any device so cannot mirror tried powering on and off rebooting ect all devices to no avail. Turned firewall off in windows no different, Checked wifi on all devices the only number that changes is the IP address on the last digit. I am stuck
