Hi, I seem to have a problem with activating my giftcard of £15 - I've tried entering the code in a number of times and it says that the card is not properly activated, I have entered the code in correctly. Please can somebody help me out. Thanks.

Are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ?
