Not unless you provide more details about what the problem is. We could guess, but there are hundreds of possible reasons you might have a problem updating.
I successfuly downloaded new version of ios on my computer by itunes but after extraction it cant updated the error message is this:
Error 3194 or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"
It sounds like you are trying to install a version other than 7.0.4. Can't be done. Or you have a pirated beta version on your phone now.
I have another problem,today I reestore my iphone to old reestore point by itunes on my computre aftre that i lost my all recorded voices,anybody can help me?
If you restored a backup from before those recordings were made, and you never backed up your phone to iCloud or your computer after you made them, they are gone forever.

You don't need to know where it is because iTunes knows, but this tech note shows the location of the backup for different operating systems. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4946
It isn't a file; it is a folder with several thousand files organized into a SQLite database. There are a number of backup extractor programs available; a web search will help you find these.
