How do I get my apps to sync to my PC iTunes?

I have recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS7 and my iTunes to the newest update. I connected my iPhone to my computer to manage my music and apps however my apps would not show up under the "apps" section in iTunes like it normally did. I reconnected my phone yet it still didnt work so I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and it still continue to fail. My phone is not jailbroken. Any advice on how to proceed and get my apps to reappear?
