How can I Mirror my Tivo in Denver to my TV in Mexico?

I have a Tivo Roamio Pro in Denver and a new version AppleTV in Mexico. I have tried to stream video from my Tivo to my TV via my iPad4 and AirPlay and also via a lightning to HDMI adaptor and both give me a message on the TV saying this video is blocked (audio works fine). Does anyone have a workaround so I can watch this content on the larger format device?
