Impossible to connect to App store

Dear Friends,

It has been like three months now that I am not able to connect to App Store or Itunes Store on my Mac Book Pro Late 2011 with OS X 10.9 Maverik, I have tried:

1. Reinstall OS X Maveris with the cmd-R option at stratup

2. Fix the keychain instructions

3. Delete the cache on /var/db/crls folder

4. Fix, review the date time settings

5. Reboot on safe mode (holding shift key at startup)

6. Install a new user on my computer and reboot with starting session with that user

7. Talk to technical support on the phone, but they seem to know less than me about the issue...

Please HELP I don't know what else to do, I need to be able to update applications, keep the ones I have already bought and buy new ones.

Sincerely,

Franco Arreguin.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

View Show Log List

from the menu bar.

Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).

When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.

Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Disable Parental Controls and the built-in firewall, if you're using either one.

Follow the instructions in the support article linked below, under the headings "Missing Serial Number," "Invalid or incorrect Network Preferences ," and "Edit your Keychain." Make sure that System and System Roots are listed in Keychain Access.

Cannot connect to the App Store

From the Keychain Access menu bar, select

Keychain Access Preferences Certificates

There are three menus in the window. Change the selection in the top two to Best attempt, and in the bottom one to CRL.

If you've already taken all those steps, or if you take them now and there's no change, then try connecting to the services from a different network, such as a public Wi-Fi hotspot.
