Cancel a purchase

I just downloaded a program but I don't want it, how do I cancel the purchase. I selected buy but then I wanted to cancel and I poked the confirm button and now I'm getting g stuck with an app. Yes I have to be pretty special to make two mistakes in a row and end up with an app. Can I get the cash back
