set up printer

I downloaded a current set of HP drivers (October 2013) but I can't connect to my HP LaserJet 4MV. I get error message "Unable to verify the printer on your network". How do I find my printer IP address?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), hp laserjet 4mv

If repairing permissions and restarting your comp does not work, check out the following & do the necessary:
