Q: My Ipad would take anymore photos, because it said it was out of room.  So I bought the 25GB iCloud plan, and the iPad still complains there is no room.  I thought iCould was suppose to fix this.  I don't understand what is going on.

iCloud does not give you more storage on your device, it only gives you more storage in iCloud for your synced data and backups.  To get more storage on your iPad, you need to delete some of the data currently on it, or sync some of it off your iPad using iTunes.

If you purchased the iCloud storage upgrade thinking it would solve your issue, you can contact the Apple online store within 15 days of your purchase at the number shown on the bottom of this page and request a refund.

I guess I completely misunderstood the purpose of iCloud. I thought it would be a seamless extension of my storage space. But it isn't.
