I purchased music but it wont download. What do I do?

I have the new ipod 5th generation that i bought about two months ago. Tonight for Christmas I got a giftcard to the itunes store. it downloaded fine. I purchased a song and it to the money out of my account but won't download. it says

Unable to Download Song

"Live Like You Were Dying" could not be downloaded at this time

Then it gives me the option to click done or retry.

if I click retry it does it over and over and over. I shut my ipod off and tried again. I checked my settings. I dont know what to do.

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.4

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

- Power off and then back on your router

.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- Redownload

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

on computer and sync to iPod
